Digital Officers Jobs Roles and Responsibilities

•  To handle the incoming and outgoing calls.
•  To ensure the customer satisfaction regarding their query.
• Providing banking assistance to existing customers.
• Identify customer need and pitch for banking products.
• Customer service and sales-up selling ,cross -selling, providing regular market information and updates to the customers

SKILLS REQUIRED.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal fir Digital Officers
• Experience in sales would be an added advantage for Digital Officer
• Must be adaptable to changing the environment
• Should be proficient in handling calls.
• Should be able to explain about the product and its features with clear information.

Work location:

• Pocharam (point pick and drop provided)

CTC Digital Officers:

• 1.8 Lacs to 2.2 Lacs Per Annum + Rs 15000 Incentives

Shift timings:

• 09. a.m to 6.p.m (fixed shift)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate with any Discipline
• Fresher’s or Experienced
